“As part of the new Development Plan, the Southport Warriors Football Club is committed to providing quality services for its members and players (i.e. facilities, coaches, referees etc.).

 Following the success of our Junior Level Coaching Course, we are now looking for expressions of interest in order to organise a ‘Grassroots’ Coaching Course at our club. This course is provided by Gold Coast Soccer free of charge and we invite all the coaches to take this opportunity. Parents of players are also invited to participate, even if they are not interested in coaching this year. Who knows, maybe you will enjoy it and decide to join our coaching team.

Furthermore, we are looking for expressions of interest from all our registered players (aged 11 and above) who would like to join our team of referees (Small Sided Games and Competition Referees). The Junior Director encourages everyone to take this opportunity (and maybe this will lead to a career as a referee) and the club will support 50% of the Course Fees.
