Congratulations to 3 Southport players for making the Under 11 North East Zonal squad.

We had good representation at the trials and a lot of the boys didn't look out of their depth at all.

Many will feel we could have had more than the three players chosen but Runaway Bay, as expected, filled the majority of the 16 places on offer.

Congratulations to Matt McGuffie, Malik Kelada and Jarrod Leatham for making the squad and we wish them all the best.
