Sunday Oct 8th is the date for our Annual General Meeting, 1:00pm start.
Do you think yourself or another Member you know within the club should be on the Board?
Someone that would have some input into how our club operates and some time available?
Nominations for our Board are now open - click the Nomination button below to download a Nomination Form.
Nominations must be in before Sunday 25th September. There is a locked box on the Bar for receiving Nominations, or your nomination may be emailed to [email protected]. All nominations are strictly confidential until Sunday 25th September, when they will be published on the noticeboard. No further nominations will be accepted after that time. Any positions that have not received nominations will then be Open, and may be nominated from the floor at the AGM.
Can't make it to the AGM? You can designate another Member as your Proxy - meaning that they will vote on the day for you. Click on the Proxy Form button below to download a proxy form. Make sure they know how you would like to vote! If you choose either the Secretary or President, then that person will be submitting all proxies assigned to them as a group. Make your vote count! Proxy forms must be signed by the person giving the Proxy (that's you!), and can be submitted up until the start of the Meeting.
