The Southport Soccer Clubs’ major  fundraiser this year is a chocolate drive. Your manager should have collected  them on Tuesday and distributed them to the oldest member at the club.

We had a little over 2 weeks to sell them but please try and sell them and get the money  in ASAP (prizes for the quickest team)

There is some fabulous incentive prizes.

For the following age groups  – the teams who return their proceeds the quickest  will win a Pizza party complete with drinks and ice creams!!ie One party per grouping.  (Yay say the mums!)

U6 – U8

U9- U10

U11 – U14

U15-U16

The individual who sells the most boxes will be the proud owner of a new bicycle .  (details are being finalised on the make & model ) but this is surely a great incentive.  The kids can collect extra boxes by contacting myself or coming to the office on days set aside for collection (after the initial distribution date). (dates and times to follow) They MUST have a permission note from a parent/guardian allowing them and need to return money for box already sold.

If you can not sell them for any reason, please return them immediately so some else can sell them.

All monies are due back by Tuesday the 26th July so don't delay. Any problems, see your manage. Failing that, as a last resort  see either Gerry or Therese.
