YOU MUST Complete the CLUB MEMBERSHIP registration form before proceeding to sign on any players .It is a requirement of law and this club that all players signing on have a Family Membership . Once you have finished your CLUB MEMBERSHIP you will receive on the thank-you page your FAMILY IDENTIFIER #.
For eg :- SPFC2011-22 .
This number MUST be typed into your players sign on registration form at the top of the form . If you do not enter this number your registration could be delayed . Make sure YOU ARE NOT LOGGED INTO THE SITE during Any form of registration . You will receive all log in details in an Email to the Email address you provide . Your website sign up fields are included in each registration form . Please choose a DIFFERENT username  and password for each registration

Example :- Club registration form= Parents log in for this website

                    Player registration form= under 6 to 17 log in details for this website .
( If the player does not have an email address , Please use the Parents or Guardians Email address )

Club registration will provide one log in account for Parents/Guardians to use jointly . The players MUST have a separate login account .
